All orders will be shipped via USPS or UPS ground. Items shipped internationally may incur extra shipping charges. Bulky or odd shaped items (i.e. rods, weights,Korkers, downriggers, etc.) may incur extra shipping charges. An associate will contact the customer should any extra shipping charges apply after an order has been placed; if you prefer, you can provide us via e-mail with a home address and any products you may wish to purchase for an exact total.

All Seasons Sports, Inc. is highly sensitive to the privacy interest of consumers and believes that the protection of those interests is one of its most significant responsibilities. In acknowledgment of its obligations, All Seasons Sports, Inc. has adopted the following Privacy Policy applicable to information about consumers that it acquires in the course of its business:

Return & Refunds
If for any reason you need to return an item, please e-mail us to request a Return Authorization (R.A.) number. Please include in the e-mail: full name, order number, items being returned, and a brief description of the problem. An R.A. number must accompany all returns in order for processing, and all items must be returned in the original unopened package. Please let us know if we make a mistake, as we will reimburse you for surface shipping. Two to three weeks will be required for the issuance of credit or the shipment of an exchange. All returns must be received within 30 days of the shipping date.
Backorders
At All Seasons Sports, Inc., we make every effort to carry a large selection of the latest items, hottest colors, and most productive fishing gear available. At times, however, certain products may be out of stock or temporarily unavailable. If an item is unavailable at the time of purchase, there may be a delay - of which you will be notified - while we await a shipment from the manufacturer. All items will be placed on backorder unless otherwise requested.
