How do I return an item?

If for any reason you need to return an item, please e-mail us to request a Return Authorization (R.A.) number. Please include in the e-mail: full name, order number, items being returned, and a brief description of the problem. An R.A. number must accompany all returns in order for processing, and all items must be returned in the original unopened package. Some products we sell are covered by a manufacturer's warranty that requires items to be sent directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair. Please let us know if we make a mistake, as we will reimburse you for surface shipping. Two to three weeks will be required for the issuance of credit or the shipment of an exchange. Please keep all packaging materials, manuals, warranties and accessories intact. Products with missing or severely damaged packaging, manuals, warranties or accessories will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. All returns must be received within 30 days of the shipping date and are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

At All Seasons Sports, Inc., we make every effort to carry a large selection of the latest items, hottest colors, and most productive fishing gear available. At times, however, certain products may be out of stock or temporarily unavailable. If an item is unavailable at the time of purchase, there may be a delay - of which you will be notified - while we await a shipment from the manufacturer. All items will be placed on backorder unless otherwise requested.
